Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under the laws of Sri Lanka.
By using the Platform, You represent that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
Access is provided using third-party authentication mechanisms.
The Platform does not store authentication credentials.
Any activity performed through Your account shall be deemed to have been carried out by You.
Users are solely responsible for all content, links, and materials submitted through the Platform.

The Platform reserves absolute discretion to restrict, suspend, or remove access without obligation to provide justification.
All payments made to the Platform constitute service access fees.
The Platform does not act as a custodian, escrow provider, or trustee of User funds.
Fees, commissions, or deductions are determined at the sole discretion of the Platform and are non-refundable once access is granted.
Any incentive, reward, or monetary credit reflected within the Platform is conditional, provisional, and subject to internal validation mechanisms.
No User shall be entitled to payment as a matter of right.
The Platform may withhold, adjust, reverse, or forfeit balances where misuse, anomaly, or risk is detected.
The Platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy for conduct including but not limited to:
Any suspected violation may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent access restriction without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising from User conduct or content.
The Platform may suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice. Outstanding balances may be withheld where lawful.
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
